Short Sale Approval on Luxury Homes

I often hear different discussions on short sales and luxury homes. You sometimes hear that they are difficult, hard to close etc...... some of that may be true. We just received short sale approval on a home in the $800,000 range AND this approval came in less than a week! Great work by all the agents and parties involved!
