Multiple Offers...
Most of my listings are receiving multiple offers. If a buyer really wants the property they should make their highest and best offer and make sure their agent is sending in a complex package. In my office this will give you the best chance.

Buy a home in.....
It wasn't long ago when home sells where thru the roof, and it seemed as though just about everyone was qualifying for a mortgage. Now, to qualify for a mortgage it seems as though you need to know your blood type and the breakdown of your DNA. I have buyers with excellent fico scores buying $700,000+ homes with 50% down and other buyers buying $200,000+ homes with 3.5% down and both are being put through the ringer to qualify. The good news is we are getting them closed! Be prepared and hang in there. There is light at the end of the tunnel!
