It wasn't long ago when home sells where thru the roof, and it seemed as though just about everyone was qualifying for a mortgage. Now, to qualify for a mortgage it seems as though you need to know your blood type and the breakdown of your DNA. I have buyers with excellent fico scores buying $700,000+ homes with 50% down and other buyers buying $200,000+ homes with 3.5% down and both are being put through the ringer to qualify.
